Mission Statement of Mounted Police and Horse Patrol Public Safety Website

We will publish and promote:

  • mounted police and equine law enforcement training and learning opportunities of any type at no or minimum cost. We will strive to publish announcements of worthwhile events or opportunities relative to our mission.
Please Visit our Mounted Police Unit Links Page for interesting mounted unit information
  • worthwhile notices from creditable sources concerning the safety, health, and welfare of a mounted public safety officer, their families, and their animals. Such notices shall be posted conspicuously and updated regularly at NO COST. I plan to design a mounted unit bulletin board for Q&A's from anyone interested in our mission.
  • the sharing of the rich history of mounted public safety service, civilian and military, and to advocate the honors they deserve. We will strive to find stories, historical references, and humor that is appropriate international audience, particularly children. PLEASE visit my Mounted Police Research site.

Our Organizational Values and Priorities:

We want to have as large a potential audience as is possible. Therefore, we strategically need to branch out into other horse related activities. We will promote and publish worthwhile works, or hot link to other horse sites or resources, that are compatible with our missions.

We will allow "For Profit Advertising" that is compatible with our mission, but in no case will advertising have priority over safety, health and welfare issues. Such advertising is not an endorsement of a product by the publishers of or contributor to this website. We are a reference and referral service.
